EEYES Insight Lab — A Next-Generation Analytical Center
EEYES Insight Lab is an analytical center that brings together young researchers, analysts, journalists, and communicators to explore key challenges in the fields of security, international relations, and counter disinformation.
We emerged in response to the rise of hybrid warfare, information attacks, and global instability. Our mission is to contribute to the development of a conscious, resilient, and well-informed society.

– Strengthening the resilience of democratic societies;
– Amplifying Ukraine’s voice in European and global information spaces.

Mariia Bella Beihel - Head of the EEYES Insight Lab
Coordinator of the youth hub “Litera” and Senior Specialist at the Kharkiv Regional Youth Center. She has been working in youth policy and youth development for over three years and serves as a facilitator of a girls’ club.
Her passion and inspiration lie in researching the Ukrainian language in the media space. She is a third-year student at V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University with experience in journalism. She also teaches Ukrainian to young people through interactive formats, prepares students for the National Multi-Subject Test (NMT), and has conducted sessions across communities in the Kharkiv region.
She runs a blog about youth policy and student life and develops a project supporting young journalists in Kharkiv.
Dariia Honcharenko - Deputy Head of the EEYES Insight Lab
A second-year student majoring in International Relations at Bohdan Khmelnytsky National University of Cherkasy. An active member of the NGOs “Diplomacy in Action” and “Young Diplomacy Kyiv”.
Winner of the V. Manyak & L. Kovalenko International Interdisciplinary Competition, supported by the University of Alberta, Canada. Participant of the EU Study Days and the Academy of Youth Diplomacy.
Her has been published in Logos in Boston and Cambridge. She is also the author of a book based on her own research, presented in comic format. Winner of the “Unbreakable Ukraine” International Competition, supported by GDIP.

Maria Mezentseva-Fedorenko
An expert at the EEYES Insight Lab, a Ukrainian politician and Member of Parliament (9th convocation) representing the Servant of the People party, elected in constituency No. 168 (Kharkiv). She was born on December 10, 1989, in Kharkiv.
She graduated from V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University with a degree in international economic relations and English translation. She holds a Master’s degree in International Relations and International Law from the University of Kent (UK).
Maria serves as the Deputy Chair of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Ukraine’s Integration into the EU and heads its subcommittee on EU legislation. She leads the Ukrainian delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) and chaired its Committee on Gender Equality in 2021–2023. She also heads the Special Parliamentary Commission on Interaction with National Movements in Russia and is a member of multiple interparliamentary groups.

Vadym Halaychuk
An expert at the EEYES Insight Lab, a Ukrainian politician and Member of Parliament (9th convocation) representing the Servant of the People party, elected in constituency No. 168 (Kharkiv). She was born on December 10, 1989, in Kharkiv.
Education: Law degree from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv (1999); Master’s in Sociological Sciences from Michigan State University (Criminal Justice School, 2001–2002); completed a program in Corporate Social Responsibility at the Swedish Institute (2011–2012)
Elected as MP in 2019 (No. 44 on party list). Currently serves as First Deputy Chair of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Ukraine’s Integration into the EU.
