He graduated from the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and a master’s degree in International Relations at the Educational and Scientific Institute of International Relations. Accomplished internships at the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine. He has worked at the Energy Community.
