EDUCATIONAL PROJECT: A SERIES OF WEBINARS ON INFORMATION SECURITY
In partnership with ISSP (Information Systems Security Partners) and the European cybersecurity initiative ATHENA, we have launched a series of online webinars for Ukrainian youth — both in Ukraine and abroad.
Project Goal — to strengthen information resilience, develop critical thinking, and improve digital literacy among young people in times of hybrid threats and widespread information manipulation.
First webinar target audience: Ukrainian students and youth studying or residing in Germany.
Topic: “How Russian Propaganda Works in Europe and How to Resist It”.
Speaker: Marianna Prysiazhniuk — information security analyst, representative of FIMI (Federation for Innovation in Media and Information).
In her session, she explained how Russian propaganda spreads through memes, social media, and pseudo-analytical materials, and shared effective strategies for identifying and resisting it.
